Delivery Time: Delivery times can vary depending on your location and public holidays. Generally, Australian order can expect their package within 3-5 business days. For international orders, delivery may take 7-14 business days.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping: We ship our sunscreen products worldwide. However, international customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we assure you that you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.
Return & Refund
At Safe4Kidz, your satisfaction is our first concern. If you have any concerns, please contact us via our contact form. While we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, we’re here to assist with other inquiries.
Just a few things to note:

Eligibility: Items must be in original, unopened packaging and returned within 30 days from package received date for an exchange/refund (excluding shipping fee).

Shipping: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, and you must arrange for proper packaging and tracking so the product can get to us safely.

Processing: Our team will promptly offer you the best solution. May it be an exchange or refunds.

Exchange: If you wish to exchange a product, the selected item(s) must have a value greater than the original purchase. Please note that we are unable to process both an exchange and a refund for the same order.

Refund: If you wish to receive refund, we will refund you the product(s) value, minus the shipping fee of the original purchase.
